This sporadically gets posted and removed from Youtube, so watch it while you can. John Cassavetes, Ben Gazarra and Peter Falk are interviewed on the Dick Cavett Show. They clearly think very little of the talk show format. Hilarity and chaos ensue. Cavett nearly walks off the set. A must-see.
Cavett really was the best. I wish TV like this could still be possible.

There’s a lot of old Dick Cavett interviews on Youtube and a lot of them are rather good. This is the first of a number of clips with Orson Welles and listening to that guy put together sentences is incredible. They don’t make them like that any more and maybe they never did. Awesome watch.
